Dr. Kadambari's work focuses on integrating teaching, research, and service to improve health outcomes while nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
She is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, student assessment, and the development of innovative teaching and learning strategies.
She enjoys designing interactive educational experiences and has coordinated several academic and public health initiatives, including programmes commemorating World Health Day, World Breastfeeding Week, and World Tuberculosis Day.
Beyond academia, she has trained community health workers, front-line healthcare personnel, and industry employees on a wide range of public health and health promotion topics.
Her experience within the government health system includes supporting national digital health initiatives, strengthening immunization programmes, and contributing to COVID-19 surveillance and mortality audits.
Her clinical experience spans both rural and urban health centres, where she has provided comprehensive outpatient and outreach primary healthcare services in maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, mental health, geriatrics, dermatology, occupational health and disability care.
She is particularly passionate about innovative approaches to health education, preventive medicine, and translating public health evidence into meaningful improvements in community health.
