• Co-ordinated various guest lectures on Oncology biostatistics, BRAF-mutated pathways, and Myeloma. Surgical Oncology

Ophthalmology

• Vitreoretinal surgeries have been started by Dr.Arun Bhatti, all days of the week.
• Organized the 42nd Annual Conference of Karnataka Ophthalmic Society (KOSCON )

Oncology

• Dr. Santosh Kumar D, Dept. of Medical Oncology was invited as a speaker at the International Association of Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPCON 2023) from 10th to 12th February 2023 at NIMHANS, Bengaluru. He delivered a lecture on Transfusion practices in hematological malignancies implications for palliative care professionals

• Organized Guest Lecture on Effect and important of compression therapy and MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) in the treatment of Lymphedema at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital on 11th May 2022.
• Dr. Sanjay C Desai, Prof. & HOD, Vascular Surgery was elevated to the post of Vice President of the National Venous Association of India.

Urology

• Conducted “ Endourology Masterclass. Dr Bhaskar Somani, International Expert on stone disease, from Southampton, UK was one of the invited faculty.
• In conjunction with the Urological Society of India,a hands-on cadaver workshop on INFLATABLE PENILE PROSTHESIS and ARTIFICIAL URINARY SPHINCTER was conducted.
