Incharge of Central Research Laboratory at Ramaiah Medical College comprised of administrative and diagnostic work (Nephropathology, Direct immunofluorescence study , Immunohistochemistry and Immunology).
Underwent ICMR sponsored short term Fellowship/ Training in Nephropathology under Human Recourse Development for Health Research (DHR/HRD/Fellowship/28/35976/13-14) at Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre & Dr. H.L Trivedi Institute of Transplantation Sciences, Ahmadabad, Gujarat. Underwent training at “Cytologic Techniques and Interpretation” at St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore. Also underwent the following training: Basic Course in Biomedical Research (6 months) (organized by ICMR and NIE); ISRTP Renal Pathology Outreach Program “iPROP_2023” (1 month); Research to publication, Online Course with 200hours of CPD/CME credit organized by BMJ and UCSF, Quality Management System and Internal Audit in Medical Laboratories as per ISO 15189:2012 ( 4 days) (Jul 18, 2022 To Jul 21, 2022) and IIFT Testing and Interpretation of Autoimmune and Infectious disease Patterns
Post graduate guide for 13 MD dissertations and Guide for 1 undergraduate STS ICMR Project.
Has many oral paper and poster presentations at national and international CME’s.
Completed the research project titled “Histopathological evaluation of renal allograft biopsies with emphasis on the role of C4d immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of humoral rejection, funded by Department of Health Research , Ministry of Health Research, ICMR and procured grant of Rs. 1372298/- for the project.
