Department of implantology is a mega project involving the department of Prosthodontics, periodontics, oral & maxillofacial surgery and Oral Medicine & Radiology. Apart from Dental treatment, certified Implantology courses are also conducted.

The department of Preventive & Community Dentistry coordinates with many of the Out Dentistry coordinates with many of the Out Reach Clinics to cater to the needs or rural Population, one being the Kawiara Peripheral Dental Health Care Centers. Two satellite centers at Mohan kumar Nagar and Muddenhalli cater for the needs of urban and rural slum population.
