Before submitting your abstract, please ensure that the following checklist has been met.
  1. Anonymity of the patient is maintained. No name or photograph is included. A photo of the affected part can be included if necessary, but the face of the patient must remain hidden. Informed consent of the patient is essential for presentation in the conference.
  2. The document is in Word (97-2003) .doc format.
  3. Total length of the case study does not exceed 300 words.
  4. Title of the case study is no more than 15 words, centered and in 16pt font.
  5. Author(s) name(s) appear below title in 14pt font and centered
  6. Leave two empty lines before and after the name(s) of the author(s)
  7. All text is in Times New Roman.
  8. Section/sub-titles are sequential, and in bold 14pt font
  9. Leave one empty line before and after each section/sub-title
  10. Line spacing throughout the abstract is single-spaced (no double spacing please)
  11. The content is justified and with 2.5 inch margin on both sides
  12. Keywords are indicated after the case study
  13. All text is in 12pt font except sub-titles
  14. Author(s) affiliation, address and email is provided at the bottom of the page in 10pt font
  15. Figures, tables and charts, if necessary, are included within the body of the text
  16. Figures, text or tables are not coloured or shaded
  17. All text is justified
  18. No space is left at the beginning of the sentence of a new paragraph
  19. Heading of the table or figure is provided on the top of the table or figure
  20. Document has been checked for grammar and spelling
  21. The content of the case study is grouped under the following headings
  22. Introduction (What made you take up the case and how is it unique)
  23. Background (History - progress of the case till start of treatment)
  24. Evidence (Diagnosing report pre and post healing (also can include the symptoms, but medical report pre and post is Impt.))
  25. Methods (Protocol applied - Basic, Advance, Psychotherapy, Crystal Healing or in combination. Please specify. Duration and frequency of healing. Type of healing - direct/distant)
  26. Results (Results observed and limitations)
