Before submitting your abstract, please ensure that the following checklist has been met.
  1. The document is in Word (97-2003) .doc format.
  2. Total length of the Abstract does not exceed 300 words.
  3. Title of the paper is no more than 15 words, centered and in 16pt font.
  4. Author(s) name(s) appear below paper title in 14pt font and centered
  5. Leave two empty lines before and after the name(s) of the author(s)
  6. All text is in Times New Roman.
  7. Section/sub-titles are sequential, and in bold 14pt font
  8. Leave one empty line before and after each section/sub-title
  9. Line spacing throughout the abstract is single-spaced (no double spacing please)
  10. The content is justified and with 2.5 inch margin on both sides
  11. Keywords are indicated after the Abstract.
  12. All text is in 12pt font except sub-titles
  13. Author(s) affiliation, address and email is provided at the bottom of the page in 10pt font
  14. Figures, tables and charts, if necessary, are included within the body of the text
  15. Figures, text or tables are not coloured or shaded
  16. All text is justified
  17. No space is left at the beginning of the sentence of a new paragraph
  18. Heading of the table or figure is provided on the top of the table or figure
  19. Abstract has been checked for grammar and spelling
  20. The content of the Abstract is grouped under the following headings
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
